Frederick Baffour Adu is the owner of Scals Park Barbering Salon in La Paz, Accra. He and his two employees are focused on providing world class service, which is to say, excellent haircuts and barbering.
Frederick dreams of, “opening additional branches within the city and train more staff”.
To achieve this, he focuses on two things.
First, he grows his business by advertising on Facebook and Instagram, not to mention the referrals generated by happy customers.
Second, he studies, particularly cases of other owners who have successfully scaled up their businesses.
“I have always been receptive to new ideas”, says Frederick.
On that front, Waterfall Routes is also a new idea.
“I used to direct people through phone calls to my shop. These days I only send the Waterfall link or direct them to my Instagram page, where the link is also posted.”
“This is especially useful if I am busy attending another client.”
Who of course, is busy getting an excellent haircut.
